Chilla Hydroelectric Project is erected in the Virbhadra town in the Upstream of Haridwar in Dehradun in Uttarakhand. The power project is commissioned in 1980 with an approved and installed capacity of 144 MW. The hydroelectric basin of the plant is Ganga Basin.
