Dhariwal Power Station or CESC Chandrapur Thermal Power Station is a coal fired thermal power plant erected near Tadali town of Chandrapur district in the Indian state of Maharashtra. The power plant is owned and functioned by Dhariwal Infrastructure Limited which is a subdivision of CESC Limited. Dhariwal Power Station is a 600 megawatt coal plant with two unit of 300 Megawatt each in Maharashtra of India.

Dhariwal Power Station is commissioned in 2014 February. It has an approved capacity of 600 Megawatt and the installed capacity of the power plant is also 600 Megawatt. The status of the power plant is Operational. The source of coal for the generation of power in the plant is from South Eastern Coalfields Limited (SECL). The source of water is from Wardha River.
