Radio Broadcasting in India

  • First Radio broadcasting started in India in 1923.
  • The first ever broadcast in India was made by Radio Club of Bombay.
  • The first ever news bulletin in India went on the air from the Bombay Station on July 23, 1927 under the private company, Radio Club of Mumbai.
