Hasdeo Bango Hydro Power Plant

HasdeoBango Hydroelectric power plant is erected in the Bilaspur district of the Indian state of Chhattisgarh. HasdeoBango Hydroelectric Project has an approved and installed capacity of 120 Megawatt. The type of Project is Major, since the power generation is greater than 25 Megawatt. The status of power plant is running. The source of water for the production of electricity in this hydroelectric power plant is Hasdeo River. The Basin of power plant is Mahanadi. The hydroelectric region of power plant is Western Hydroelectric Region. The purpose of power station is Hydroelectric. The power station is owned and operated by the Chhattisgarh State Electricity Board.
