Iqbal (Kargil) Hydroelectric Project

Iqbal (Kargil) Hydroelectric Project is commissioned in 1995 with an approved and installed capacity of 3.75 MW. The Type of project is Small, since the power capacity is in between 3 MW and 25 MW. The Status of Power station is completed and are operational. The source of water for the power station is from Wakha River and the basin is Indus up to International border.
