Munirabad Hydro Power Plant

Munirabad Hydro Power Plant is commissioned in 1962. It has an approved and installed capacity of 28 Megawatt. So the type of project is Major(due to its capacity is greater than 25 MW). The status of the power plant is operational. The source of water for the generation of power is Tungabhadra River. The basin is Krishna River and the Hydroelectric Basin is East flowing rivers.
