Panchet Hydroelectric Project
Panchet Hydroelectric Project is erected in the Damodar River, which is 20 km West of Asansol in West Bengal, India. The first unit of power project is commissioned in 1959. The total installed capacity of the power plant is 80 MW. The type of project is Major as its capacity is greater than 25 MW. The status of hydroelectric power project is Operational.
