1. Amritsar, Punjab Places to Visit

5. Jallianwala Bagh, Amritsar
Jallianwala Bagh in Amritsar has an everlasting place in Indian history due to Jallianwala Bagh massacre. The most horrible acts of cruelty on Indian soil were the Jallianwala Bagh massacre. It is a dirty part in the history of Indian Freedom fight as more than hundreds of innocent people including kids, men and women was mass murdered due to the random and cruel firing by the British Police in 1919.
