Vijjeswaram Gas Power Plant

Vijjeswaram Gas CCGT Power Plant is located in Vijjeswaram village, which is a beautiful place located in WEST Godavari District, Andhra Pradesh, India.

ST-1 and GT-3 are the turbine models for third and fourth units and are commissioned on 17-March- 1992 and 01-April- 1998 respectively. The fifth unit is commissioned on 01 -April - 1998 and ST-2 is the Turbine Model used in this unit. The operator of this plant is Andhra Pradesh Gas Power Corp. Ltd. and it is a Joint/Cooperative type ownership. APSEB is the authorized operating company for this plant. Andhra Pradesh Gas Power Corporation Ltd. has the 100% share for this plant.
